This project involved the transformation of the upper floors of the five-storey Bryan House on Standishgate into 48 modern residential units. The ground floor continues to be utilised for retail and leisure, with the first floor now home to Hurstwood Holdings’ flagship self-storage facility, Hurstwood Self Store. This development not only provides much-needed housing in Wigan but also contributes to the ongoing revitalisation of the town centre.
