Ashraf is an experienced, adaptable, and commercially aware professional with over 18 years’ experience in the construction industry. Ashraf has experience working with various corporate and blue-chip Clients on major capital and new build projects along with many extensions, fit-out, relocation, refurbishment, and demolition schemes with project values from £100K to £250M.
Nicholas Gill
Consultant
Nicholas is an Architect with over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry and was a Design Director at Skanska until 2022. Nick took a leading role in setting up Skanska’s Principal Designer policies and procedures in response to CDM 2015 and was responsible for delivering the PD role on significant projects for clients such as the Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Justice.
