Guinness at Old Brewers Yard

The adaption, extension and fit-out of a new 50,000 sq ft venue located on a historic brewing site in Covent Garden for RKD Architects and Diageo Global Engineering, covering Mercer Walk, Langley Street, Neal Street, Old Brewers Yard and Shelton Street. The venue will encompass a world-leading microbrewery, event spaces, seven bars, VIP private bars and tasting rooms, dining spaces, a Guinness retail space, 360-degree cinema and a covered courtyard. Construction works include extensive demolition, structural alterations across the buildings, underpinning, façade stabilisation, a roof top extension, extensive temporary works, and the installation of a full working microbrewery.
